Karan Mehra, star of the Indian serial Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, was detained after his wife, actress Nisha Rawal, made a police report against him following a scuffle. Nisha has revealed some alarming details.
Nisha stated that Karan was having an extramarital affair and accused him of domestic violence during her media appearance.
Nisha stated of Mehra and her relationship, “It’s incredibly uncomfortable to meet you all this way because we’ve always met at red carpet events.” I am here only as a result of Kavish (their son). We’ve known each other for 14 years. Numerous events occurred throughout these years, but no one was aware of them.”

“I was unaware that Karan was having an affair with another girl. When I informed him, he accepted the fact that he has another girl in his life. I inquired about whether he had a physical relationship and whether it is a serious or emotional affair. ‘I adore that girl,’ he stated. I’ve been having a physical relationship with her.’
Nisha claimed the girl is from Delhi, and the relationship began after Karan moved away from his family and began filming in Chandigarh for his television show. Nisha was taken aback by this news.
Nisha stated that she did not react aggressively upon learning of Karan’s affair.
“I advised him to take a seat and speak. The following day, I visited my in-laws. I disclosed everything to them. They requested that we work on it. I assured them that if Karan expressed regret and expressed a desire to repair the relationship, I would make an attempt. However, despite this, he made no attempt, although I made numerous attempts.
