A cousin in Tahir Kalan hamlet on the outskirts of Okara sexually molested an 11-year-old girl for five months. The police arrested Riaz after receiving a complaint from the victim’s father.
After remarrying Yasmeen and moving in with her parents, the father of the victim’s daughter was found murdered. His mother-in-law and brother-in-law Riaz had him evicted from their home, and he was left without her kid. When her father was away, he claims that his brother-in-law began sexually abusing her.
He claimed that when he returned to his house to pick up his kid, the suspect refused to hand her over. A judge granted him legal custody of his daughter.
After a medical assessment of the juvenile victim, the Basirpur police arrested Riaz and charged him with raping the minor. According to police, the inquiry is ongoing. The police officer also made certain that the victim received justice and that the offender was dealt with in accordance with the law.
