Angelina Jolie, Hollywood’s leading lady, teamed up with National Geographic to create a dramatic photoshoot to raise awareness about bee conservation.
In an interview with National Geographic, the Salt actor, 45, discussed her photoshoot with the portal for World Bee Day.
“With so much on our minds globally and so many people becoming depressed by negative news and the truth of what is crumbling, this is one we can handle. We can all contribute,” she said.
“I believe that many people are unaware of the harm they are causing. Many people are just attempting to get through the day,” she added.
“They are motivated by a desire to do well. They do not need to be harmful. They’re at a loss about what to purchase. They don’t know about what to do. Thus, I believe that part of this is a desire to make things easy for all, as I require,” she added.

She said, “It was so amusing to be in hair and makeup and wiping myself with pheromone.” We were unable to shower for three days prior.”
“Because they told me, ‘With all these various scents, shampoos, and perfumes, and other stuff, the bee has no idea who you are.’ Then you stuff a few things up your nose and into your ears to prevent them from finding too many entry points,” she said.
“I did have one that remained concealed under my dress the whole time. It was reminiscent of one of those classic comedies,” she continued.
