Day 2 worldwide box office revenue for Dunki: The Shah Rukh Khan film brought in an additional ₹45.10 crore on Friday following its ₹57.43 crore debut.
Day 2 of Dunki’s global box office collection: According to cinema trade expert Manobala Vijayabalan, Shah Rukh Khan’s third movie of the year, which debuted on December 21, has made over ₹102 crore worldwide in its first two days of release. Rajkumar Hirani is the director of Dunki, which also stars Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, and Boman Irani.
Shah Rukh Khan is back with Dunki, following the huge box office success of his action blockbusters Jawan and Pathaan. Manobala Vijayabalan tweeted on Saturday that Dunki made ₹45.1 crore worldwide on day 2, Friday, the day Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire was released. With its ₹57.43 crore Thursday earnings, the movie has now made ₹102.53 crore globally in two days.
Rajkumar Hirani, Jio Studios, and Red Chillies Entertainment have all contributed financial support to Dunki. Abhijat Joshi, Kanika Dhillon, and Rajkumar Hirani wrote the screenplay for the movie. People risk their lives to immigrate illegally, which is the basis of the comedy-drama.
