Pakistani Famous YouTuber Ducky Bhai (Saad ur Rehman) came forward with a shocking allegation against NCCI Assistant Director Sarfaraz. In a detailed statement posted online, Ducky claimed that Sarfaraz not only harassed him but also involved his 7-year-old son in the incident—something that has left fans disturbed and demanding accountability.

What Happened?

According to Ducky’s statement, the issue started when he tried to resolve a matter with NCCI, an authority dealing with online content complaints. Ducky said he had been trying to communicate respectfully and legally, but instead of proper communication, he allegedly received an unexpected video call from Assistant Director Sarfaraz.

Ducky says he answered the call believing it was a routine inquiry. But what happened next completely shocked him. He claims Sarfaraz asked to speak to his young son, who was standing nearby. Moments later, according to Ducky, Sarfaraz began shouting, abusing, and even slapping himself on camera, not in self-harm, but as an act meant to intimidate and humiliate Ducky in front of his child.

The YouTuber described the moment as “one of the most disturbing experiences of my career,” saying his son was frightened and couldn’t understand why an adult stranger was behaving this way.

A Father’s Reaction

Ducky Bhai is known for his humor and roasting videos, but in this matter, he appeared deeply emotional. He stressed that his biggest concern was not the argument itself but the involvement of a minor child.

He said no official, no matter how powerful, has the right to emotionally disturb a child or create fear in a family environment. As a father, he expressed that protecting his son’s mental well-being is his first priority.

Public Response

The reaction online was immediate. Fans, fellow content creators, and even general social media users expressed shock over the alleged behavior of an official representing a government body. Many said that even if there were disagreements or disputes with Ducky Bhai, bringing a 7-year-old child into the matter was unacceptable.

People also questioned the professionalism of NCCI’s internal staff, asking why a government official would use his position to intimidate a citizen—especially over a video call.

Some influencers also raised concerns about the safety of digital creators in Pakistan. They argued that if such behavior can happen to a high-profile YouTuber, then ordinary citizens who file complaints or communicate with authorities might face even worse situations.

Questions for the Authorities

Ducky Bhai’s allegations raise serious questions:
• Why would a government officer contact a citizen through an unofficial video call?
• What protocols exist to ensure safe communication between officials and the public?
• Will there be an inquiry to investigate the behavior Ducky has described?
• How can authorities prevent children from being psychologically targeted or exposed to hostility in official matters?

So far, there has been no official public response from NCCI regarding the claims, which has only increased speculation online.

Why This Story Matters

This incident is not just about a YouTuber and a government official. It sheds light on a deeper issue—the lack of training, ethics, and accountability within some departments that deal directly with Pakistan’s digital community.

Digital creators play a major role in shaping public opinion, promoting Pakistani content, and representing the country globally. They deserve to be treated with respect, just like any other professional. No child deserves to witness harassment or abuse on a video call from an official.
