Amidst circulating reports and a now-deleted Reddit post claiming Mahira Khan’s pregnancy and her exit from Netflix’s “Jo Bachey Sang Samait Lo” and an unnamed film, the acclaimed actress has addressed the speculation. In an exclusive conversation with The Express Tribune, Mahira Khan dismissed the pregnancy rumors and refuted claims of her departure from the Netflix series.

The controversial Reddit post, which has since been removed, asserted that Mahira Khan opted out of a prestigious Netflix project and a significant film due to expecting her second child around August or September. Contrary to these rumors, Mahira clarified, stating, “It’s not true that I’m pregnant. And I haven’t left the Netflix series.”

According to India Today, the now-deleted Reddit post mentioned, “An announcement could be made soon or not if she chooses to announce it after birth but as she’s a big celeb and can’t keep it lowkey for long, I personally feel that she will announce.”

Mahira Khan recently tied the knot with her longtime beau, Salim Karim, earlier this year. Previously, she was married to Ali Askari in 2007, and the couple welcomed a son in 2009 before separating in 2015.

In a reflective Instagram post, Mahira shared her journey over the past decade, expressing gratitude for the highs and lows of her experiences, relationships, and achievements. She thanked her supporters, acknowledging their role as the “wind beneath my wings” and promised to pay it forward.
