After falling in love online, Hyasa Saika, a 50-year-old Japanese woman, traveled to Pakistan with her daughter to marry Rizwan, 32, says ARY. Rizwan is a resident of Sargodha who met her online.
For three years, the Japanese woman and Pakistani guy communicated over Facebook. Finally, Nyasa Saika converted to Islam, along with her daughter, before marrying.
Saika married for the fourth time and also has a daughter, according to family members of the newlyweds.
This is not the first time a lady has traveled to Pakistan to marry a Pakistani. In February 2020, an American woman traveled from the United States to Sialkot to be with Butt. After four years of friendship on Facebook, Zohaib Butt and Marjory married in Pakistan.
