The producer of Spider-Man: No Way Home issued a warning against on-set dating before the start of filming.
This warning was emphasized by the producer, Amy Pascal, who revealed her motivations in her most recent interview with The New York Times.
Additionally, she was cited as saying, “I took Tom and Zendaya away separately when we originally cast them and lectured them.” Avoid going there at all costs. Attempt not to.”
“I gave Andrew and Emma the same advise,” she added. “It tends to confuse matters, you know? And they all turned a blind eye to me.”
Zendaya and Tom Holland’s romance was first reported in July 2017 by insiders, but formal confirmation came years later, in 2021.
