The suspects, identified as Kashif Chohan and Farrukh, were taken into custody by Chuhng police and have since been handed over to the Crime Control Department (CCD) for further investigation.
Initial statements from the arrested individuals reveal that the attack was not random. Both men confessed to opening fire at Rajab Butt’s house under the instructions of a man named Shani Tiger. The story doesn’t end there—investigators are now linking the attack to an ongoing social media feud between Rajab Butt and another online figure, Shehzad Bhatti.
Police reports suggest that Shani Tiger approached the shooters after being allegedly influenced by Shehzad Bhatti.
