Famous TV actor Ridhima Pandit has unequivocally dismissed rumours of her dating or marrying Indian cricketer Shubman Gill. Speaking to Filmygyan, Ridhima expressed her surprise at the speculation, stating, “Firstly, I don’t even know him. I think he’s an amazing sports person, but I don’t know him. If we ever meet, we’ll probably laugh about this. He is very, very cute, but unfortunately, there’s nothing that is happening.”
This clarification comes after reports in May suggested that the actor, known for her roles in “Bahu Hamari Rajinikant” and “Khatra Khatra Khatra,” was set to marry the cricketer in December 2024. Addressing these claims on Instagram, Ridhima emphasized, “I am not getting married, and if something important like this happens in my life, I would announce it myself. There is no truth to this news.”
In June, following the initial denial, Ridhima shared a cryptic Instagram post, indicating her preference for privacy. She stated, “Private people know how to post on social media regularly and still live a life you don’t know anything about.” Ridhima added that she would always share significant milestones with her audience and dismissed the rumours as mere figments of imagination.
Shubman Gill has yet to comment on these marriage speculations. Previously, he was rumoured to be dating Sara Tendulkar, daughter of cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar.
